column chart with waterfall

Pls help on the urgent requirement. 

I need to arrive following chart Waterfall chart will not allow. Any work around way ?

Can you give a detailed description of the screenshots you provided? It's hard to tell what your needs are just based on your screenshots. What does each field inside the screenshot represent? The difference between a field with a box and a field without a box? If you can also provide your data (remove sensitive information), that would be great.

The data is about inventory position data. I need starting and ending inventory position in both the sides. In between , we need a bar for each product like actual vs budget.

The chart displays the opening inventory (starting purple bar: 2424) and closing inventory (ending bar: 1458).

In between, it shows the budgeted inventory (672) and actual inventory (601) for each product, represented by separate bars.
