card (new) the image position

In the visual card (new) in the image menu, the "position" option is disable and with "Right of text" selected. How to activate the "position" to choose, for example, bottom?

We have seen on the internal platform that other engineers have reported this issue and submitted it.

I see that you are currently using the December version of Power BI Desktop, we released the latest version in February, please download and try to see if the problem persists!
