I am having an issue with PowerBI Desktop where I cannot Sign in. I click on the Sign in button, it opens a dialog asking for my email -- email address is correct -- and I click Continue. Nothing happens, and I am not signed in. Similar issue happens when trying to Publish. Note that I am able to sign into app.powerbi.com using the same email address.
I activated trace logging and I see this message:

3. Verify that your computer meets the minimum system requirements for Power BI Desktop.
4. Check if there are any firewall or network issues that may be preventing the user from signing in.
5. Try resetting the user's password and have them attempt to sign in again.
