Visuals having frames on them when using spotlight

Any one know why we're getting the frames as shown below when using spotlight?

Hi @Maven ,

 

We have submitted to internal ICM 308772458 , engineers are doing their best to fix this issue, please be patient and I will give you feedback here once there is any progress.

 

[Workaround:]

You can make this border disappear by clicking on the filter pane on the right side of the page.

Use shift+win+S to take a screenshot and the border will also disappear.
