Usage Metrics Not Tracking All Views

We track dashboard usage metrics for accountability in our organization.  We've noticed that some viewers' activity is not being tracked in the usage metrics report.  Their views do not show up in usage metrics for the dashboard view or report view of our presentation.  They have definitely viewed the dashboard -- we've watched them share their screen while looking at it.

Hi @caseybowyer@sharath459,

 

Which method do these users view the report don't display in usage metrics report? Please let Power BI admin go to Audit Log to check if there are records for view report activity. 

 

Please share report URL of the usage metrics report with us. Also please provide your tenant ID. You can send this information via private message.
