Usage Metric Report - "new" usage report doesn't show up to date data, & usage report dataset issue

We have a usage metrics report, for a report which is in a premium workspace, that hasn't refreshed in over 6 months.

However, if we turn off the the "new usage report on" switch, it shows up to date data:

We were going to attempt to resolve this by deleting the usage metrics dataset and re-regenerating it, but it appears to be missing (even the workspace admin can't see it):

Any ideas?

Hi @MikeNewton ,

 

I was unable to reproduce the problem and it worked fine for me.
Have you tried changing browsers or clearing your browser cache to retry?

Actually, we were able to resolve this. Per this stack overflow article, I went to "manage group storage" and appended "?showHiddenUsageMetricsModels=1" to the URL.

 

After that, we noticed there were TWO user metric reports datasets, one of which was outdated:

After deleting the outdated dataset, the usage metric report, old and new, started working.
