I have a user that is experiencing an issue when exporting a Matrix Visual to Excel (Summarized data, .xlsx (Excel 150,000-row max).
When the user exports, the notification comes up, and spins its wheel for awhile. After sometime, it will show as succesful, but infact there isn't a file in their downloads folder. I checked configurations on Power BI admin, and exporting is enabled (for everyone in my org). I also checked the export with a single row of data, the same problem.
I had the user go to a different page of the report, and export a table visual with success. Then I returned to the same page we had the original problem on and it exported correctly.
The user (VIP Status) said this happens frequently and that overall the export process is slow. I have only found articles from two years ago referencing this:
