Underlying Data Issue

Hello All,

not sure if I am posting double but here goes: We built a report which has a multitude of queries. 
Some visuals do include more than one query as a data source. 

The summarised export works perfectly, but whenever the users try to export the underlying data, the values from the second query are excluded from the export.
The values excluded are all numeric.
