My dataset has been failing all of it's refreshes, both manual and scheduled.  I get the follwoing erro:

Hi @Anonymous ,

Please download the report and open it in Power BI desktop, check if you are able to refresh successfully.

If you the dataset requires gateway to refresh on Power BI service, please update the gateway to the latest version if possible.

I get the same error:

Message:

The module named 'Html' has been disabled in this context. Table: Mail.

It refreshes in desktop without error.  Manual or scheduled refresh I get the error above.

I am connecting to Exchange server and loading an email attachment.

It says "You don't need a gateway for this dataset, because all of its data sources are in the cloud."

Data Source Credentials are verified and no errors.

Any ideas?

Thanks, rkilmer

After going through quite a long process, there wasn't a solution for me.  The answer was that the system is currently not capable.

The issue comes from a function that parses HTML.  I am using web.page to do this.  It is supported in the desktop but breaks in the cloud service.  You can try using a data gateway.  They specifically say in some remote part of their support that if you use web.page you have to use a data gateway.   For me, I can only create a local data gateway, so there really is no point and I am unable to schedule refresh until they fix the issue, which may be never.

Sorry that isn't very helpful, but I was basically told, you're out of luck.  Try and remove your use of web.page unless it is absolutely crucial.  (It is for me since there isn't a certified HTML visual)
