Hi @P_atrique ,

Thank you for your feedback, I would like to know more details about this issue.
For example:
1. What scenario did you find this issue and how did you reproduce it?
2. Does the problem appear in both Power BI Desktop and Service? What is the version you are using?

Best regards.

On PowerBi desktop it's working properly but in service, I keep getting failed to refresh. This is my desktop version: 2.119.986.0 64-bit

So i just checked, apparently the name of the data source (online excel workbook) was changed and that seems to be the reason. How do I work around this in my credential settings?

Hi @P_atrique ,

If the name of your data source (online Excel workbook) has changed, you may need to update the credential settings in Power BI to ensure that your report can still connect to the data source. Here's how you can do this:

1. Open your Power BI report and click on "Edit Queries" in the Home tab.

2. In the "Queries" pane, click on the data source that you want to update.

3. Click on "Edit Credentials" in the "Properties" pane.

4. In the "Edit Credentials" dialog box, enter your updated credentials for the data source. This may include your username and password, or other authentication information that is required to access the data source.

5. Click "Save" to save your changes.

6. Refresh your report to ensure that the updated credential settings are applied.

If you're still having issues connecting to your data source after updating your credential settings, you may want to check if there are any other issues with your data source or network connection that could be causing the problem.
