Unable to load visual object

My data source is excel form

Word Cloud, Radar Chart, Tornado Chart, and so on can't be imported

In the past, when my data source is Excel form, it can be imported and used, but it can't be used recently, and it's not only my account that can't be used. I've tried several accounts, but they can't be used

I don't quite understand what you mean. Your data source is excel from word cloud , then you want to add  Radar chart or Tornado chart , but it failed , right ? In addition to these few visuals, can other regular visuals load data?
