Unable to export data from a matrix

Hi everyone, @v-jianboli-msft 
I tried to export data from a matrix, but it kept giving me an error "Executing the Query for the Export Data operation resulted in an error." It just worked fine a couple of days ago, but today I could not. 
I saw a topic that the bus was fixed in August 2022, but I still get the same problem.
Can someone help me, please?

This is acknowledged as an issue. We have reported the issue and submitted it to the internal icm platform, No: 353738677. Engineers will do their best to resolve the issue. I will update you here if there is any progress , please be patient.
