I have a customer with an export issue that occurs the same with any table in our report. Clicking the three dots > Export data > Data with current layout > Export, the client finds that although the 'Exporting data' popup appears, the process quickly fails with 'File couldn't be created'. Using the 'Summary data' option works just fine. I've not been able to replicate this issue, it works fine for admins, users internal to our AD and other users external to our AD. The user has a pro license and row level security has been set up for them. They do have US date settings (I'm clutching at straws here) but when I set my own browser up that way I don't have the issue. I'm going to ask them to try on a more modern machine as there's is a bit slow but I'm not expecting it to work.
Any ideas?

Issue is resolved by upgrading customer's laptop.
