Unable to access paginated report on PowerBI.com

Hello,

I have a user who is trying to access a paginated report on powerBI, and they are getting the following error when the page is loading :"paginated-reports.powerbi.com’s server IP address could not be found". Then the following error message appears: 

They can access the report on the company’s network but not off it. They have been assigned a Power BI Premium License.  

I have tried clearing their browser history and cookies and site data with no success.

Can anyone help please?

According to your description, they can access the paginated report through the company's network, right ? When they access the report by connecting to other networks, there is an error? Is there a possibility that other networks are blocking access to this report?

Hi,

I face the same problem, when trying to access to Paginated Reports :

"paginated-reports.powerbi.com’s server IP address could not be found",

and then "Unable to render paginated report. Please try rendering your report again."

I can access from my company's network, when I'm at the office,

But at home, on telecommuting, I can't access to any paginated reports.
