'Remove Duplicates' Removing some unique values

Issue occuring in Power Query on Desktop. Was working fine yesterday but now seems to be an issue today. I have a table (Table C) which takes data from Table A and then removes duplicates on an ID field. This then merges across to Table B matching via the ID field. in Table B I then have to remove duplicates (for some reason the left outer makes the unique vales in Table B have multiple rows even though Table C is also unique values). When removing duplicates in Table B, it is now also removing some unique values even though it shouldn't. As I mentioned this was working fine yesterday but seems to now be an issue. the ID fields in Table A, B & C is Int64.Type consistently

This issue seems to be isolated to only the desktop model, the model in the Power BI Service (which is exactly the same as the one in desktop) is not affected by this issue and has been showing correct data as expected.

Status: Investigating

Hi @RMurtagh,

May I whether this issue still exists? Could you please tell me the version number of your Power BI Desktop? You could get it by the following screenshot.

If it still happens, could you please provide some sample data and reproduce steps or provide a download link of a sample report containing this issue? Thanks in advance!
