Tornado Chart legend colors not appearing

I'm trying to use the tornado chart custom visual, but the legend colors aren't appearing, only the title.  I tried expanding the visual to see if they were being cut off, but they aren't.  Also, when changing the legend title, the new text is superimposed on the old text.    I've downloaded the June update of PBI desktop as well.
