The Top N filter is not working properly if you use other Visual Filters. I think the right order should be to Rank the result as the last step, this is not the case at the moment. Maybe It would even better to apply the filters in in the order of Report Filter > Page Filter > Visual Filter, and within the Visual Filter apply the filter from top to bottom, Therefore you should place the TOP filter as last in the Visual Filter. Which is not working at the moment, please fix this, to let it work more intuitive!
