This has been logged before by another user, and subsequently marked as delivered, however the problem appears to be back in the august release.
When exporting data from the table visual, if you have scrolled through the data inside the visual before exporting, only a small proportion of the row export.
In my instance the full table contains 526 rows, but only 28 rows export if you have looked at the data within the visual before exporting. If you export witout looking at the data all 526 rows export sucessfully.
