Subscription mails not recieved

Hi

This morning we no longer recieved Subscription emails from PowerBI reports.

Any ideas to what can be wrong?

Seems like there is a HUGE delay (+4 hours) on the subscription mail delivery

Same issue in U.S. No subscription emails received since yesterday.

Same issue in Canada - some subscriptions came through, others at the same time have not.

Edit: more subscriptions coming through ~4.5 hours after scheduled time.

Also here in Israel

The main issue is that the generated image of the subscription is not on time , although report is just fine with the refresh time .

Hi all,

We have seen on the internal platform that other engineers have reported this issue and submitted it.
The engineers on the product team are now aware and will do their best to resolve the issue. I will update here if there is any progress, so please be patient.

The issue seems to be gone/fixed now.

Scheduled subscribtion are on time this morning.
