Subscription Emails Missing Go To Report Button

Hello,

Users have reported that they are no longer seeing the "Go To Report" button in the emails they receive from their Power BI report subscriptions.  I can confirm that the button seems to have disappeared from the emails sometime after 11:00 AM EST on October 2.  Is this by design or is this an issue with subscriptions?  Without the button users are unable to jump directly to the report from the email.
