Subscription Email Not Sending

I have a report/dash, import data source to on-prem SQL server database, and I'm having problems with receiving subscription emails. I had scheduled the refresh to be 8:00pm EST to act as sort of an end of day summary snapshot. The data refreshes fine, but I never receive the emails. I have other subscriptions set up and receive emails no problem. What am I doing wrong?

1. What's the mode type? Import or Direct Query?

2. Are there any uncertified custom visuals?
