I confirm that this is hapenning in the Stacked Bar Chart, on the others Stacked charts there are no issues.

This is indeed a issue. I tested it with the latest May version of Desktop, and the result is still not automatically matched. I have submitted your issue to ICM , the ID is 309046730 . I'll be back with an update if there's any news .
