Slow Loading Issues in Power BI Online

A few days ago, users working with Power BI online to view and analyze reports have been experiencing some delays in loading the information. This is not due to an issue with the reports themselves but with Power BI web, which is running very slowly and making it difficult to work. I understand that this could be due to an overload of users and reports. However, I have no way of knowing for sure why this is happening.

Does this appear in all repots ? If the report is used during an off-peak period, does it experience the delay you describe? Is your gateway currently updated to the latest version?

Yes, it appears in all the reports. At times, it improves and functions normally. The door is correctly connected.

Could it be due to the traffic of people in the workgroup?
