Slicer visual not showing complete list of records

The slicer does not show some records even though the record exists in data base. All the records shows up when we use other filters. This seems to happen to newer and random records.

Could you describe it in details about this issue? Or you can consider sharing more information about it like some scrrenshots which can reproduce this issue, the data source of this report, the version of Power BI Desktop you have used to test etc.

1. When I search for 'ramp..' I cannot see the name in filtered list

2. When I filter on the Partner Name first, and then search for user name , the name shows in user_name list
