Issue at custom status on Goal

Hi, Team

I found issues when I tried to add custom status and reset statues at my goal.

1. My test Goal

I select a status in Goal-manual and set up a rule in Goal-rule.

 

2. Edit goal, and then manage statuses, add custom status (Delivered).

 

3. Edit goal, change status and then manage statuses, reset statuses.

4. Goal dashboard items are invalid.

5. Edit goal, and then manage statuses, again reset statuses.

Statuses are disappeared in the goals and rules.

Update from PG team:

It is a expected behavior.

We only help users to store at most 12 custom statuses. 

For example, user creates statuses from status A to status L(12 statuses). Then let's say user remove all of them. We will still help user to store them even they are removed. 

After that, user creates new status from status M to status X(12 statuses again). Then remove them again. Then the new stored statuses will be from status M to status X. At this time, status A to status L will be removed from storage and all of the goals which relates to Status A to status L will be shown as 'blank' status.

How to fix:

User would need to re-assign status from status edit pane.
