Published Dashboard Page unresponsive

Hello Guys, I have Issues both on my Published Dashboard (Power BI Web) and Power BI Desktop from 1 Dashboard.

This dashboard called, Time Series Dashboard and contains of some sources (Impala, Sharepoint, Postgre) on it.

This Dashboard was successfuly published, but after 2 days published, it got freezed on my Power BI Web. It Said "Page Un-Responsize". When I Tried to fixed it in Power BI Desktop, It also got freezed there. So I cant do any fixing on it.

Has anyone have the same experience with me?

or maybe at least, I can get the dataflow code, so I dont have to re-DAX all calculation, measurement and table calculation on it.

Here I Attached the "freezed" video

Thank you

Hi @Anonymous ,

If the freeze is taking place in Power BI Desktop, you could try this operation: Disable Power BI infrastructure update option in Preview features of Options to help you resolve some freeze issues if you have enabled it .

But in your situation, since this issue is happening in Desktop and Power BI service(app.powerbi.com) and some visuals couldn’t be loaded. I guess this issue is very likely caused by the insufficient resources. You could click on the error info on these visuals to help you identify the cause. And I think you could consider these solutions.

1 Move your report to a workspace assigned in Premium Per User capacity or Premium capacity. Then, you will have more resources to handle the queries of retrieving data, calculations and so on.

2 Simplify your reports and optimize the data model:

  • Remove some unnecessary data to reduce the data amount
  • Optimize the calculations used by these visuals
