Power BI Service does not keep Table Column Header (Top + Bottom Frame)

Hi,

I realized that Power BI Service does not keep Column Header formating when applied Top +Bottom Outline, autosize disabled and headers width changed. Then, top frame not visible 😞

Does anyone else have the same problem/experience?

Can you explain your problem in detail through screenshots of different effects on Desktop and Service ?

Thank you for reply. I just replicated the issue based on Sample Data. Please find the screenshots.

Simply speaking the top border for column headers is missing after publishing to Power BI Service.
