As per subject, the slicer header is disappearing when exiting edit mode, and into reading view.
Below prinscreen shows the edit mode, with a slicer showing the dropdown icon (downwards facing arrow).
When exiting, and entering reading mode, this option disappears for the end-user to select a different type of slicer. In this case, the options would be to alter the slicer from a dropdown to a list. However, this is not possible in reading view.
My question is if this is a bug or intended behaviour?
Many thanks,
Jakob

Hi , @Anonymous
It’s an intended behavior . When in edit mode , you can change the type of slicer . But in read mode , you can only interact with it, like filter or highlight . This can effectively prevent customers who only have view permissions from manually modifying the type of slicer.
