Shared Dashboard never load

Hi,

I ve a dashboard shared with users who are not in my organization.

I was working well until I signed for a free 365 days Pro test. Now, users can go to powerbi and a page is loading but my dashboard never appears. (they have a web page with PowerBi logo flashing).

Does someone can help me?
