Secure App update - Checkbox being reset

Is anyone seeing the checkbox being unchecked for some strange reason disabling Contributors to update App?  I had to check enable this option again so the contributors can continue to update the App. 

Its strange and been happening on our tenant ever since we switched from Premium to Fabric capacity.

P.S. The labels on the new topics are not comprehensive, I had to choose something to post this.

Hi  @pvuppala ,

 

Do you have any other admin in your workspace? check with them weather they are changing the settings.
If that is not the case . Please consider reaching out to Microsoft Support. You can provide them with all the troubleshooting steps you've already taken, which will help them understand the issue better and provide a resolution. They might be able to identify something specific about your admin account setup or provide a solution that isn't immediately obvious. 

It would be great if you continue to share in this issue to help others with similar problems after you know the root cause or solution.
