Scheduled Refresh is greyed out

Hi, I am unable to set up a Scheduled refresh for my Dashboards, 
We use the following Data sources for our Dashboards - Excel, Spark, SQL Server and Web API

The scheduled refresh option is greyed out for me and when I checked the data source credentials there is an issue with Web API, in power bi desktop I provide an API token header and content-type header to get the data, I think the same option is unavailable in the Bi Web which is causing the issue I think, please let me know what can I do to get pass this. I won't be able to access the web without providing the token.

This is the error I am getting while trying to set the credentials for the web, and the error is the same for all privacy settings.

@Anonymous Hi,

To Access the API data API token is required. For BI Desktop it is provided in the header parameters, the same option is unavailable in the web version. I think it is causing the web.contents error because when I tried calling the data without providing these header details the same error was thrown in the desktop version.
