Schedule refresh is not working

Hi everyone

 

Sometimes there are schedule refreshes on Power BI Service that just don't work.

 

For example, there was a refresh scheduled at 1pm...

 

However, it was 1:15pm and the refresh didn't work.


How can I solve it?

We'd like to know more details, what is your data source and connection model? Is there a detailed error message? It's usually a summarizing statement.
