Dataset refresh error in Service when using Dataflows connector

I've been beating my head against the wall on this one today.

 

I added a new dataflow table into a dataset using the Dataflows connector in PowerBI desktop. Everything refreshes fine in Desktop, but when I publish to the Service I get a "key didn't match any rows in table" error. I tried a lot of different things, and eventually re-created the table using the "PowerBI Dataflows (legacy)" connector. After publishing to the service, the dataset refreshes as expected.

 

Is there a known issue? The only related thing I see on the forums is actually the opposite... Users having issues with the legacy connector.

Hi @vckbx 

So in your environment "PowerBI Dataflows (legacy)" works fine, but there is a problem with the Dataflows connector,right ? May I ask what version of PBI Desktop you have? Were you able to use the Dataflows connector properly before? Or is this your first time using it ?

Yes that is correct. I have never had any issues with the "Dataflows" connector and have been using it exclusively for the past 6 months or so. I have other datasets that use the "Dataflows" connector and are refreshing fine.
