Schedule Refresh failed

Hi

I need assist, the dataset I am connected is on web - api  , when I do refresh on PowerBI Desktop, I do not get any error. I receive errors  only when I do schedule refresh on PowerBI Service.

 

The latest error is ass follows:

  • DataSource.Error: Unable to connect to the remote server.;Unable to connect to the remote server. The exception was raised by the IDbCommand interface. Table:

Hi @Mihai2000 

Did you configure gateway for your data source in Service ?

Hi @Anonymous, 

 

The report worked correctly until 5 days ago when suddenly I got that error. I have over 30 reports configured that work correctly, at least 2 that use these APIs as a data source. 

These APIs work on web pages, they can be refreshed in Pbi Desktop, but they don't refresh when I scheduled them
