Scatterplot marker formatting issue

In desktop my fill and outline show:

But after I've published to the service only the outline shows:

Can you provide detailed version information for both Power BI Desktop and Service, so we can reproduce the issue?

Also,the broswer details would be better if you can provided, We'll get back to the product team as soon as it's acknowledged as an issue!
