Hi @ThuraAung ,
May I know what’s the connection mode of your report? Is it built with import mode or Direct Query mode?
When did you get this error? Did you get it when refreshing the dataset or accessing its report?
Is this issue keeping happening or intermittent? If you do the same operation again, will you still get this problem?
To successfully connect to SQL Server data source, firstly, you need make sure SQL Server database is running smoothly on the machine that installed it and it can be connected to. Secondly, you need make sure the gateway is working well and there isn’t any connection issue displayed in Manage Gateway page. Thirdly, please check whether your dataset is mapped to related data source correctly.
If it is an refresh issue, please check in the refresh history as well to see if you could find error in details. Thanks in advance!
Best Regards,
