Row Banding Issue with Service

As of 3/29/2022, there is a bug with the row banding for matrices in the Power BI service.  The banded colors are not lining up correctly.

Please correct me if I misunderstood.
Are you using conditional format in the matrix and then finding that they are not aligned properly according to the rules?
Can you provide a screenshot of the sample (without sensitive information) so that we can better help you troubleshoot the problem?

I have the same problem. As you see in the snip below, the banded rows behaves differently on the row headers and the values.

I'm running march edition (2.103.661.0). It renders ok in desktop, but not in service.

Did I miss something?
How do I reproduce your question correctly? I made two separate simple samples, one with a custom background color, and when I publish to Power BI Service, it works fine.

My test version.

Version: 2.103.881.0 64-bit (March 2022)
Version: 2.103.881.0 32-bit (March 2022)

The browser I am using.
Edge Version 99.0.1150.55 (Official build) (64-bit)
Chrome Version 99.0.4844.84 (Official build) (64-bit)

Hi

This issue just started on the Power BI service yesterday.

I never had the issue before.

Here is a screen shot that shows the row banding misaligned on the service.

On Power BI desktop, it’s fine.

It seems to happen when using the matrix visualization.

Hi, 

I have the same issue with my reports and I've noticed that the issue only arises when the Row Subtotals are set to On and a custom Background colour is selected for the subtotal.

That's exactly right, Robbie!

it's when subtotals are on that causes the issue. I do want to point out that this was not a problem in the past 2 years. This is a new problem just starting on Monday.

After testing, the issue has now been fixed.
