Rest API updating data source, but report specification doesnt reflect the change

Hi, 

I am updating the server name of AAS instance in the report using the below rest api. The Rest API is updating the server name correctly in PowerBI service, but when i download the report again to my local machine i am still seeing the old server name. Is there any way to permanently update the data source in the report

Where did you see the Server name in your local machine ?
