Report Server Embed doesn't work

We just updated our Power BI report server to January 2020 from January 2019, and suddenly our embedded reports are not working. 

We are using ?RS:Embed=True from this link: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/report-server/quickstart-embed

Any thoughts? We get an error stating something similar to the content publisher does not allow this content to be embedded.
