Remote access to SQL Server with database credentials not accessing the db.

Looks like the credential issue accroding to the error message.

 

To check this issue, you can download this report from Power BI Servcie and open it in Power BI Desktop to click the refresh button manually. 

 

If it fails, you need to contact your database administrator to confirm that whether the credentials have been changed which needs to be updated in Power BI Service, then check this issue again.
