Refresh on DirectQuery PBI Dataset doesn't refresh measure descriptions

I have a report using the preview DirectQuery PBI Dataset feature, which is working pretty well except for the fact that measure descriptions don't refresh to match the descriptions in the PBI Service. They DO populate/update for fields; just not measures.

This also happens even when the dataset has updates published to the Service; notice the change to the Column vs. the Measure:

According to the reply from the product group, they have filed this bug and aim to fix this issue in October Power BI Desktop.
