Refresh Error in PBI Service 'The Command Has Been Cancelled'

I have a pbix file that was refreshing normally until a couple of days ago. Now it will refresh fine in the desktop designer, but fails with the following error when online, whether manual or schedueled refresh. I've gone through every query in the file and there are no errors - all queries will refresh preview just fine, which is usually where I can find a sneaky error hiding. 

Anyone else having this problem?

Hi @vpray,

From internal trace, I find the error "Not a legal OleAut date.. The exception was raised by the IDataReader interface" for the table "WP Daily Entry Month". 

I would suggest you open the report in Power BI desktop, go to Query Editor, find this table, check the date/time related types fields to find if there is any invalid date values.
