RLS fails when PBI report is added in Teams Site

I have created a report and included RSL Roles.  I have added my user to the Role in the dataset. When the user views the report in the original workspace the RLS works perfectly and they can only see the limited data.

When I add the report to a Team space the RLS fails and those same users that see limited data in the original workspace can now see all the data with no RLS restrictions when viewing the report in Teams where I added it.

How do I prevent this?
