PowerPoint Export Issue

Hi, 
Can anyone help me with getting error exporting report to PowerPoint?

Following is the error message:

I tested the operation you said and used the same version, but there is no error, and it can be successfully exported to PowerPoint . Did you specify that the report cannot be exported, or all of it cannot be exported ? You can troubleshoot according to the Considerations and limitations below .

It's all resolved now. There was an issue with DB and all good now.
