Has something changed in the way PowerBI service handles reports which refresh has been disabled due to inactivity?
If one of the reports is been unused for a long time (two months probably), it's automatic refresh is disabled due to inactivity (which is fine). But, when someone opens that report, it used to activate the automatic refreshing as well, now it doesn't seem to be doing that. Also, I'm not getting the yellow bar on top of the report, which says, that the refresh had been disabled and now it's been activated.
Is this the new norm or a random problem in our environment?
