PowerBI is not oppening

Good morning! 

I've trying to open de powerbi app on my windows 11 and it's not working. The initialization window pop up as usual, takes way to much time to load and an error message appears (image). I've tried to uninstall and install the app and didn't work. Restarting my PC also didn't work. I had no problems like this until today. Also, windows 11 updated this morning, but PBI wasn't wroking before that. 

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance

Here are a few suggestions you can try:

  1. Check the data source: If you're connecting to a data source, make sure that it's accessible and working properly. You can try connecting to a different data source to see if the issue persists.
  2. Check the firewall settings: Make sure that the firewall settings on your computer are not blocking the Power BI app from accessing the internet. You can try disabling the firewall temporarily and see if that resolves the issue.
  3. Check for updates. You can download the latest version of Power BI Desktop from this link or from the Microsoft Store.
