PowerBI datasets are not refreshing consistently

Hi,

I'm getting inconsistent data refreshes in both Power BI service and desktop.  No underlying reports I'm calling have changed but over the last few days they are failing.  All reports failed yesterday but last night they were all working again.  However, the reports with "Json.Document(Web.Contents" are now failing today.  It reports that too many characters are being returned.

That seems to work fine for me. It might be a temporary issue. You may try again later.
