PowerBI Service not responding

Hey 

No reports are loading in the PowerBI Service, they just sit there. This is occuring through my browser and the app. I am unable to connect to any datasets.

No way to contact support, so ive had to logged an 'idea'

Hi Everyone,

 

To continue working, I have had to connect directly to my datasources instead of using dataflow. This information may be useful to someone else, so I thought I would share it. This is a pretty serious outage especially since we don't have any ETA on resolution.

Power BI online and embeded was working 10 minutes ago, however it has stopped again.  The online service is not loading (only showing the PBI logo).  Embeded reports show this error:  

 

An error occurred. Correlation id: xxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx, http response status: 500, server error code undefined, message: An error occurred while fetching resource id from Power BI
