PowerBI Integration.Refresh not working

Power Apps keeps saying :
'Refresh' is an unkown or unsupported function in namespace 'PowerBI Integration'.

I have tried creating the app from within Power BI again (3 times) - however when I select 'Create new' it immediately takes me through to Power Apps in a browser. It will not let me design the App on Power BI desktop.
I have built multiple reports and used the 'Refresh' feature. Now all of a sudden it isn't working.

I have ensured I'm signed in on both Power BI and Power Apps

Can someone please help?

Power App is not a Power BI issue. You can go to the corresponding forum and ask the question, there will be professional engineers to answer your doubts. You can follow the link I provided to go to the Power App forum and create your question.
