User with Pro license cannot see report in Pro Workspace

Hello,

I have created Pro Workspaces and assigned admin rights (and tested viewer rights too). From a semantic Model in a different Workspace that is pro too, I have created reports in other Workspaces. However, the users are not able to access reports. When they click reports, they are promted to upgrade license to Premium. Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi  @HasnainKhan 

If the users want to access the report , they need Pro license too ! Or you should upgrade your workspace to Premium capacity , in this case , free user can access the report without licenses .

Thanks for for replying. Thats the dilemma, users have Pro licenses, however, they are still not able to access reports housed in Pro Workspaces. What shall we do?

You need to assign access report permissions to these users .
